Nearly expired product delivered to me

I ordered directly from the website thinking that they will send me fresh product but very surprisingly they sent me a product that was expiring within a month! Trying to get a replacement but still waiting and it has been more than 20 days now. Now I am stuck if I should wait more or just buy some other brand. There are plenty of other good brands for pure peanut butter so definitely not buying from La Americana again.
